Zapheron AS (Org. nr. 937 674 856), based in Hamar, Norway, is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with zapheron.com.

What this site collects

zapheron.com is a static informational page. It does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, tracking pixels or forms. No personal data is collected through your visit.

Standard server logs may be retained briefly by our hosting provider (Vercel) for the purposes of operating, securing and debugging the service. These logs are processed under Vercel's role as a data processor.

Contacting us

If you email hello@zapheron.com, we process the contents of your message for the purpose of responding to you and managing the resulting correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Messages are retained for as long as the correspondence is reasonably useful, then deleted.

Sub-brands

Zapheron.ai and RiskLoop.eu publish their own privacy notices for the data they process. This notice covers zapheron.com only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@zapheron.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
