Zapheron.ai is Zapheron's consultancy practice. It helps media operators, technology vendors and product organisations build the strategy, structure and AI capability to compete in the next decade. Engagements cover AI readiness and visibility, organisational design, build-vs-buy decisions and product governance.

RiskLoop — AI-powered governance, risk and compliance
RiskLoop is Zapheron's software product: an AI-powered platform that makes governance visible by connecting risks, controls, ownership and workflows. It includes Loop AI (an embedded governance assistant), coverage of 10 compliance frameworks including GDPR, NIS2 and ISO 27001, and EU data residency. RiskLoop is in early access with public launch planned for Q2 2026.
Zapheron is based in Norway. We build and operate both the consultancy and the product ourselves.
